Our Story
Bee Nice Beauty was started in 2015 by Jimmy Lucero and Milu Truesdale. We are two creative individuals, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who are inspired by art, fashion, food, music, and nature.
Bee Nice Beauty is a body care brand that encompasses cold process soap, aloe vera glycerin soap, bath bombs, shower steamers, hats, beanies, t-shirts, lip balms and lip gloss. We source organic ingredients whenever possible, while also making cruelty free and certain vegan products. More items will become available as they launch. There are some big plans on the horizon! We are so grateful for your interest and support.
Bee Nice Beauty started with the idea of creating more kindness and respect in the world. We want to provide a space for people to celebrate each other and themselves through scent and body care. About Jimmy
Jimmy Lucero is a Costume Design graduate from The University of New Mexico in May 2005. Currently he works in film, as a Costumer, in the Local 480 union. Jimmy's twenty five years of experience in retail includes Clinique, Versace, Coach, & Lilly Barrack. These experiences inspired him to create a brand that celebrates simple formulas that perform and scents that inspire and celebrate the customer.
Jimmy has always had an affinity for scents and body care and believes that true beauty is found within, but radiates out. As a creative he believes that beautiful items help to create a beautiful life experience. Jimmy believes " bright colors inspire us to be happy and see the true beauty in ourselves and our world".
Being able to create is at the core of who he is as a person. He is especially happy to share this gift of color and scent with the world.
About John Milu
John Milu Truedale is a multi-talented artist and environmental advocate based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His paintings offer a unique perspective on the beauty of our natural landscapes and prompt us to reflect on the impact of human actions on the environment. Using orbs as a metaphor, Milu's work invites us to take a closer look at the world around us and ask the important question: are we willing to watch these beautiful landscapes disappear?
In addition to his art, Milu is also a master gardener, personal fitness chef, and writer/producer. Through his various passions, he seeks to inspire others to live healthier and more sustainable lives.
